it’s safer to do it in recovery mode but not totally necessary and if you’ve put it in wrong place on the usb stick your ps3 wont even see it anyway.
what happens if you dont update with recovery mode??
i mgoing to jailbreak 4.00 now im already on it can i jailbreak it if im already on the firmware 4.00?and i dot know if the ps3 can read the file works how can i check that the ps3 will find it without recovery mode?thanks man
